REWARD TERMS

Effective Date: October 21, 2026

These Reward Terms ("Terms") govern community contributions, Supporter Pack rewards, and related promotional reward programs offered by Univaens, Inc. ("Univaens," "we," "us," or "our") through Univaens.com.

By making a contribution, supporters acknowledge the applicable reward descriptions and conditions presented before payment, subject to applicable law.

1. OUR SUPPORTER PROGRAM

Univaens is developing an interactive entertainment platform connecting fictional Universes, films, series, games, digital collectibles, and communities.

Our reward-based crowdfunding program allows individuals to support the development of Univaens and its original entertainment projects, including Cyber Bite Vampires.

Community contributions start at $1, while Supporter Pack reward tiers begin at $10.

Contributions may help fund engineering, creative production, infrastructure, personnel, operations, and other project-related expenses.

Community contributions are not charitable donations or investments. They do not provide company shares, equity ownership, voting rights, profit participation, or guaranteed financial returns.

Participation is voluntary. Supporters should review the applicable rewards, delivery information, and conditions before contributing.

2. CUMULATIVE SUPPORTER REWARDS

Univaens uses a cumulative contribution system rather than separate purchases of individual Supporter Packs.

Eligible contributions made using the same checkout email are combined into one supporter total. As this total reaches published thresholds, the corresponding reward tiers become available.

For example, a $10 contribution followed by a $15 contribution results in $25 of cumulative support and qualifies the supporter for the $10 and $25 reward tiers.

Each newly reached tier grants its listed rewards in addition to the eligible rewards of previously reached tiers.

Rewards from the same tier are granted only once per eligible supporter. Additional contributions increase cumulative progress toward higher tiers but do not duplicate rewards already unlocked.

Eligibility is based on successfully processed and verified contributions, excluding applicable taxes, refunded amounts, reversed transactions, and other ineligible payments. Payment processing fees do not reduce the qualifying contribution amount credited to a supporter.

Supporters should use the same checkout email for every contribution. If different email addresses have been used, they may contact Univaens to request a review. Any consolidation requires verification and is not automatic.

Univaens may investigate suspected fraudulent activity, duplicate identities, or attempts to obtain rewards contrary to these Terms.

3. SUPPORTER REWARD TIERS

The following reward tiers are available through the Univaens community crowdfunding program, subject to the special conditions and availability limitations described below.

Tier UniShards represents the one-time UniShard allocation for reaching that specific tier.

Total UniShards represents the combined allocation from that tier and all preceding tiers, assuming no relevant payment reversals or eligibility adjustments.

Each tier also includes its corresponding achievement, themed profile cosmetic bundle, Discord benefits, and any additional rewards described on the official More Rewards page.

The applicable reward descriptions and material conditions disclosed before payment form part of the supporter's purchase terms.

4. UNISHARDS AND UNICARD PULLS

UniShards are planned digital resources used for eligible activities within the Univaens ecosystem, including UniCard openings.

UniShards awarded through supporter tiers become usable when the corresponding platform features are available.

The number of UniCard Pulls displayed alongside certain rewards is an illustrative equivalent based on the planned resource economy. These figures are not additional Tickets, separate rewards, or guarantees of particular UniCard outcomes.

UniShards are not cash, cryptocurrency, securities, or investment assets. They cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for real-world money through Univaens.

Future use of UniShards remains subject to the applicable platform rules and technical availability.

5. FOUNDING SUPPORTER BENEFITS

Supporters making an eligible contribution of at least $1 qualify for the following founding supporter benefits:

• A Founding Supporter Discord role and access to #supporter-lounge.
• An exclusive Founding Supporter profile frame when the corresponding platform feature becomes available.

These benefits are separate from the themed rewards unlocked at Supporter Pack thresholds beginning at $10.

Supporter benefits do not grant ownership, management authority, intellectual property rights, or creative control over Univaens or Cyber Bite Vampires.

6. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PROFILE COSMETICS

Each Supporter Pack tier from $10 to $20,000 includes an exclusive themed achievement and a profile cosmetic bundle.

Each themed bundle contains:

• One profile avatar.
• One profile banner.
• One profile frame.

Bundles from $10 through $1,000 contain static cosmetic designs.

Bundles from $2,500 through $20,000 contain animated cosmetic designs, subject to the supported functionality of the released platform.

Each eligible bundle and achievement is awarded once when its corresponding tier is unlocked.

Supporters may accumulate cosmetic bundles and achievements from multiple qualifying tiers. Unlocking a higher tier does not remove previously earned eligible rewards.

Profile cosmetic designs are shared, pre-designed digital items. They are not individually commissioned portraits or personalized artwork.

Achievements and profile cosmetics will become available when the corresponding platform features launch.

7. DISCORD REWARDS AND EXCLUSIVE CONTENT

Eligible supporters receive exclusive Discord roles and posting access to the themed channels associated with their unlocked tiers.

All tier-specific channels are visible and readable by every member of the Univaens Discord server. Posting in a tier-specific channel requires the corresponding Supporter Pack role. These are role-restricted discussion channels, not private or hidden channels.

Univaens moderators and administrators may retain separate permissions necessary for server management.

Discord roles and qualifying channels are cumulative, allowing supporters to retain access to eligible lower-tier benefits when advancing to higher tiers.

To receive automated Discord role assignments where available, supporters should join the official Univaens Discord server before contributing and provide their exact Discord username, without the @ symbol, during checkout.

Role assignment is subject to successful payment verification, account matching, and the availability of the relevant integration. If an eligible role is not assigned correctly, supporters may contact Univaens for assistance.

Supporters who unlock the $100 tier or higher also qualify for early access to Cyber Bite Vampires concept art and selected development materials through #cbv-concepts.

Discord participation remains subject to applicable community guidelines and Discord's own terms.

Fraudulent transactions, refunded payments, or serious community rule violations may result in the adjustment or restriction of benefits, subject to applicable terms and law.

Free community giveaways on our Discord server are separate from Supporter Pack rewards. No contribution is required to take part, all server members may participate, and winners are selected randomly by a bot.

8. GENESIS UNICARDS

Genesis UniCards are exclusive digital collectibles intended to recognize founding supporters.

Supporter Packs include the following Genesis UniCard rewards:

• From $10 – three Early Supporter Genesis UniCards featuring Dorothy Ashborn, Evolis Morvain, and Orion.
• From $500 – one Founding Supporter Genesis UniCard, a pre-designed edition.
• From $1,000 – three OG Collection Genesis UniCards featuring the original 2022 character prototypes, including their historical appearances and outfits.
• From $10,000 – one additional exclusive Genesis UniCard, a Cyber Bite Vampires-style edition featuring pre-designed artwork.
• Limited creative rewards ($15,000 and $20,000) – one personalized Genesis UniCard, as described below.

Early Supporter Genesis UniCards

Supporters whose verified cumulative contributions reach $10 receive three exclusive Early Supporter Genesis UniCards. Higher-tier supporters receive the same three cards as part of their cumulative rewards; unlocking higher tiers does not duplicate previously granted cards.

OG Collection Genesis UniCards

Supporters who reach $1,000 receive three OG Collection Genesis UniCards preserving the original 2022 character illustrations. These cards are distinct from the Early Supporter editions.

Personalized Genesis UniCards

A supporter who secures a limited $15,000 or $20,000 creative reward receives one personalized Genesis UniCard featuring the supporter's likeness, illustrated by a Univaens artist in the modern Cyber Bite Vampires style. Personalized portraits are produced by the Univaens creative team and do not include a personal illustration commission from Elmar Ahmadov.

The personalized Genesis UniCard is always an additional reward. It does not replace any previously unlocked Genesis UniCard. A supporter who unlocks all applicable regular Genesis rewards and secures one personalized creative reward may receive nine Genesis UniCards in total: three Early Supporter cards, one Founding Supporter card, three OG Collection cards, one exclusive Cyber Bite Vampires-style card, and one personalized card.

Each supporter receives no more than one personalized Genesis UniCard. A supporter who upgrades from the $15,000 to the $20,000 creative rewards keeps the original personalized card and does not receive a second portrait. A maximum of eight personalized portraits may be created across both limited tiers, so the actual number may be lower.

Edition Exclusivity

Early Supporter and OG Collection Genesis UniCards are exclusive to their designated founding campaign distribution periods. Once those periods close, no new instances of the same editions will be issued.

Future collections may introduce new artworks, styles, rarities, or premium editions featuring the same characters. Those releases will remain separate from the original Early Supporter and OG 2022 editions.

Univaens Team Editions

Univaens Team Genesis UniCards are exclusive to eligible Univaens team members and are not included in public Supporter Packs.

Previews and Delivery

Genesis UniCard images shown on the Univaens website are illustrative previews. Edition IDs and Instance IDs shown in preview images are placeholders; actual identifiers will be assigned to issued cards.

Genesis UniCards will be delivered when the corresponding Univaens platform features become available.

General Genesis Conditions

Except for the personalized Genesis UniCards available through the limited creative rewards, Genesis UniCards use shared, pre-designed artwork and are not individually commissioned portraits.

Receiving a Genesis UniCard does not transfer copyrights or other intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork or characters.

Future transferability, where permitted, will be governed by the applicable edition and platform rules.

No resale value, buyer demand, liquidity, or financial return is guaranteed.

9. LIMITED CREATIVE REWARDS

Two creative reward packages are available, each with its own independent availability limit.

$15,000 — ARE YOU GUYS COSPLAYERS

Limited to 5 supporters. The supporter receives one personalized Genesis UniCard, illustrated by a Univaens artist in the modern Cyber Bite Vampires style, and may collaborate with the Univaens creative team on two canonical Cyber Bite Vampires outfits: one for Dorothy Ashborn and one for Evolis Morvain.

Following final creative approval and completion of any necessary intellectual property agreements, the approved outfits will become part of the characters' official wardrobe collections within the Cyber Bite Vampires Universe.

$20,000 — PORTAL VHS TAPE

Limited to 3 supporters. The supporter receives one personalized Genesis UniCard illustrated by a Univaens artist in the modern Cyber Bite Vampires style, the same two canonical outfit collaborations, and the opportunity to collaborate with the Univaens creative team to create one original Cyber Bite Vampires character.

Original character artwork, design development, and production are handled by the Univaens creative team. No creative reward includes a personal illustration commission from Elmar Ahmadov.

Following final creative approval and completion of any necessary intellectual property agreements, the co-created character will become an official part of the Cyber Bite Vampires Universe and will be featured in the World → Characters section.

Independent Availability

The $15,000 and $20,000 creative rewards have separate availability limits. The $20,000 creative rewards remain available even when all five $15,000 creative spots have been claimed. A supporter who directly secures a $20,000 creative spot receives its complete creative package without occupying a $15,000 creative spot.

Upgrading Creative Rewards

A supporter who already secured a $15,000 creative spot may upgrade to the $20,000 creative rewards if a $20,000 spot remains available. The existing personalized Genesis UniCard and outfit collaborations are retained. The upgrade adds one original character collaboration without duplicating previous creative rewards. The previously claimed $15,000 spot remains assigned and is not reopened after an upgrade.

Allocation and Availability

Creative spots are assigned in the order that verified payments reach the required cumulative contribution threshold, based on contributions made with the same checkout email. The remaining spots for each creative reward are shown on the Supporter Packs page.

The displayed availability may be briefly delayed. A creative spot is confirmed only after Univaens verifies the payment records, eligibility, and acceptance of the applicable arrangement. Supporters interested in these rewards may contact Univaens to confirm availability before contributing.

If all $20,000 creative spots have been claimed but $15,000 creative spots remain, a supporter who reaches $20,000 may still receive the $15,000 creative rewards without character creation, subject to availability and confirmation.

If both creative reward packages are fully claimed, supporters can continue contributing and unlocking eligible regular Supporter Pack rewards, including all non-limited Genesis UniCards. Unavailable creative rewards are not represented as reserved or guaranteed.

Once claimed, creative spots are not automatically reopened or reassigned, including following refunds. Any adjustment related to a refund will be assessed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Creative Reward Limits

Each eligible supporter receives no more than one personalized Genesis UniCard, one pair of canonical outfit collaborations, and, where eligible, one character creation opportunity.

If all spots are claimed by different supporters, the maximum creative workload is eight personalized portraits, sixteen canonical outfits, and three original canonical characters. If $15,000 creative supporters upgrade to $20,000, the actual numbers will be lower.

If an earlier creative collaboration has already begun or been completed before a tier upgrade, any necessary adjustments will be coordinated with the supporter.

The creative rewards include canonical design integration but do not guarantee production of 3D models, animation, or appearances in films or series.

10. CREATIVE APPROVAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Creative collaboration is conducted with the Univaens creative team, which retains final authority over artistic direction, established characters, narrative consistency, and official production decisions.

We may refine or adapt submitted ideas to maintain consistency with Cyber Bite Vampires and its established creative direction.

Supporters must have the rights or permissions necessary to submit any concepts, designs, references, or other creative materials.

Before supporter-created copyrightable materials are incorporated into official projects, the relevant parties must complete any necessary written agreements concerning their use, licensing, or assignment.

Creative collaboration does not grant unrestricted control over the characters, story, artistic direction, or production decisions. The Univaens creative team retains final approval over character appearances, outfit designs, and their integration into the Universe.

Approved outfit designs and original characters will become official parts of the Cyber Bite Vampires Universe under the agreed creative reward arrangements.

Character Roles and Story Participation

An approved original character created through the $20,000 reward will be officially included in the Cyber Bite Vampires Universe and featured in World → Characters.

The character may also appear in future animated productions or other Cyber Bite Vampires stories.

However, the character's specific role, narrative importance, amount of screen time, dialogue, and level of involvement in future stories will be determined by the Univaens creative team.

No particular narrative role or appearance in a specific animated production is guaranteed.

Participation in creative rewards does not provide ownership of Univaens or Cyber Bite Vampires, royalties, profit participation, or control over future productions.

11. REFERRAL REWARDS

The Univaens referral program allows eligible supporters to earn additional rewards by introducing new supporters to our community.

For every approved qualifying referral, the referring supporter receives:

5 Standard Tickets + 5 Event Tickets

To qualify:

• The referring supporter must have made at least $1 in eligible contributions.
• The invited supporter must make at least $5 in eligible contributions.
• The invited supporter must submit the official Referral Rewards form with the checkout email addresses of both participants and the requested verification information.
• Both qualifying payments must be verifiable.
• Each invited supporter may qualify as a referral only once.

Referral submissions are reviewed and verified by Univaens.

Self-referrals, fraudulent submissions, duplicate claims, refunded or reversed qualifying payments, and investment referrals are excluded.

Each approved referral grants one set of the stated rewards. Rewards are not duplicated for multiple submissions involving the same invited supporter.

Referral Tickets become redeemable when the corresponding UniCards features launch.

Tickets have no cash redemption value and do not represent investments or ownership interests.

The referral program is not restricted to the first month following platform launch. It remains an ongoing program while offered by Univaens, subject to prospective changes communicated through the applicable terms.

12. FREE COMMUNITY UNLOCKS

Univaens also plans to offer free Community Unlock rewards associated with eligible funding milestones.

These promotional rewards are separate from paid Supporter Pack tiers and referral rewards.

No financial contribution or purchase is required to qualify.

All ten Community Unlock milestones, up to the $3.5M funding goal, are free Community Unlocks and are not Supporter Pack rewards.

During the first month following the official Univaens platform launch, newly registered and verified eligible accounts may receive rewards associated with funding milestones that have been reached.

Each applicable milestone reward is available once per eligible account, subject to the published promotional conditions, account verification requirements, and anti-abuse protections.

Funding milestones that have not been reached do not unlock their corresponding rewards.

Reaching a funding threshold does not mean the related development or production work has been completed.

The details of each milestone and its rewards are published in the Funding Milestones section of the Univaens website. Material eligibility and fulfillment conditions will be confirmed before the promotion begins.

This one-month promotional eligibility period does not limit the duration of the separate referral program.

13. REWARD FULFILLMENT AND TIMELINES

Univaens is actively developing its entertainment platform and original projects.

Certain community benefits, including eligible Discord roles and posting access to themed channels, may be available during development after contribution verification.

Other rewards depend on the release of corresponding platform features or the completion of agreed creative work.

These include UniShards, Genesis UniCards, achievements, profile cosmetics, Referral Tickets, Content Creator Rewards (Event Tickets, Standard Tickets, and Creator Genesis UniCards), and certain Cyber Bite Vampires experiences.

A Univaens platform account is not required to make a community contribution through the current supporter payment process. Future digital reward fulfillment may require account registration, verification, and association with the supporter email used at checkout.

Univaens will maintain relevant contribution and entitlement records for the purpose of verifying eligibility and coordinating fulfillment.

Development estimates and preliminary creative materials may change. Material changes affecting accepted reward commitments will be communicated and handled in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and law.

Univaens remains responsible for accepted reward obligations.

14. REFUNDS, REVERSALS, AND REWARD ADJUSTMENTS

Community contributions and Supporter Pack rewards are part of a reward-based crowdfunding program.

Univaens does not generally offer voluntary refunds solely because a supporter changes their mind.

This does not restrict any mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, non-delivery, or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.

When a payment is refunded, reversed, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the associated qualifying contribution amount may be removed from the supporter's cumulative total.

The resulting adjusted total may affect reward eligibility, including previously unlocked tiers.

Where permitted under applicable terms and law, associated Discord roles, UniShards, Genesis UniCards, achievements, cosmetics, referral rewards, or creative entitlements may be adjusted or revoked.

Rewards that remain independently supported by other valid contributions are not automatically forfeited.

If an accepted reward cannot be delivered as agreed, available resolutions may include an agreed alternative, revised fulfillment arrangements, a refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.

For complete details, please review our Refund Policy.

15. ELIGIBILITY AND PROGRAM INTEGRITY

Supporter participation is intended for individuals aged 18 or older who have the legal capacity to enter into the applicable transaction.

Supporters are responsible for providing accurate checkout details and information needed to verify their eligibility.

Univaens may request reasonable verification before granting rewards, consolidating contributions, approving referrals, or confirming limited creative entitlements.

Fraud, self-referrals, deliberate identity duplication, chargeback abuse, manipulation of reward eligibility, and other misuse of the program are prohibited.

Univaens may investigate suspicious activity and take proportionate action under the applicable terms and law.

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

16. PROGRAM CHANGES AND FUTURE PRODUCTS

Univaens may introduce new reward programs, modify future offerings, or discontinue promotional opportunities in accordance with applicable law and disclosed conditions.

Changes will not retroactively remove accepted reward commitments or mandatory consumer rights.

Supporter rewards do not automatically include future paid subscriptions, UniPass Premium access, Universe bundles, individual content purchases, or other paid services unless expressly stated in the applicable reward description.

UniPass is a separate seasonal progression system and is not itself an ordinary content subscription.

Future platform products may be subject to separate terms when introduced.

17. CONTENT CREATOR REWARDS

The Content Creator Rewards program invites YouTube creators, TikTok creators, and Twitch streamers to create original content about Cyber Bite Vampires and Univaens.

Pre-Seed Creator Rewards

During the Pre-Seed campaign, a creator who completes the requirements for a platform and passes manual verification may unlock:

• 150 Event Tickets and 150 Standard Tickets, awarded once per eligible creator for future Event and Standard UniCard pulls.
• Three exclusive Genesis UniCards for each qualifying platform (YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch), featuring Dorothy Ashborn, Evolis Morvain, and Orion.

Each platform's three-card collection is granted once per verified creator. Completing all three platforms can unlock a total of nine Creator Genesis UniCards. Completing requirements again does not duplicate rewards from the same founding-era edition.

Requirements

• YouTube: one original, standalone video of at least 3 minutes primarily focused on Cyber Bite Vampires, Univaens, or both, reaching at least 5,000 views within 30 days of publication and remaining publicly accessible during verification.
• TikTok: three original videos about Cyber Bite Vampires, Univaens, or both, reaching at least 15,000 combined views within a 30-day period beginning with the first qualifying upload, and remaining publicly accessible during verification.
• Twitch: three livestreams of at least 90 minutes each, each including a meaningful segment dedicated to Cyber Bite Vampires, Univaens, or both, reaching at least 1,000 combined unique viewers as reported by Twitch analytics within a 30-day period.

Applications and Verification

Creators apply through the official Content Creator Application form, providing their creator name, email address, platforms, links to qualifying content, publication or broadcast dates, performance results, and supporting analytics where available. Approved rewards are associated with the email address provided.

All applications are manually reviewed. Univaens may request additional information or evidence. Meeting a public view or viewer count alone does not guarantee approval, and submitting an application does not guarantee reward approval.

Content and Eligibility Rules

Submitted content must be original and meaningfully feature Cyber Bite Vampires, Univaens, or both. Reuploads, duplicated submissions, misleading promotions, and unrelated content do not qualify. Creators may use officially published Univaens and Cyber Bite Vampires promotional materials as part of their own original commentary, reviews, reactions, or other qualifying content.

Views and viewer metrics must come from legitimate activity. Artificial engagement, purchased views, bots, manipulated analytics, and other fraudulent methods are prohibited, and submissions may be rejected where metrics cannot be reasonably verified.

Creators are responsible for complying with YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and other applicable platform policies, including any disclosures required for promotional relationships, sponsorships, or rewards-based endorsements under applicable law.

Founding-Era Availability and Delivery

The founding-era Creator Genesis Editions are available only to creators who publish or broadcast their qualifying content during the Pre-Seed campaign and submit their application before the official platform launch. If the applicable 30-day measurement period has not ended by the launch date, creators who submitted eligible content on time may complete that period and provide the final results afterward; these applications are reviewed under the founding campaign's original requirements.

Rewards are not issued automatically. Approved entitlements are recorded and will become available when the corresponding Univaens platform features launch. A creator who qualifies under the Pre-Seed rules retains the approved entitlement even if the digital rewards are delivered after launch.

After Launch and Seasonal Editions

The Content Creator Rewards program will continue after the official platform launch with new collections and rewards featuring the modern Cyber Bite Vampires art style. Following the release of Season 1, collections may expand to include additional characters with their official Season 1 designs. When Season 2 releases, the previous Season 1 creator editions will be retired from distribution and will not be reissued, while creators who earned them retain their collectibles.

Post-launch reward quantities, qualification requirements, and distribution dates will be announced separately. The founding-era editions will not be reissued after their distribution period closes.

Creator rewards have no guaranteed resale or monetary value, and are separate from Supporter Pack rewards.
