REFUND POLICY

Univaens, Inc. ("Univaens," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to transparent and responsible treatment of its supporters.
This Refund Policy explains how contributions, reward-related purchases, refund requests, payment errors, and fulfillment issues are handled through our reward-based crowdfunding program.
1. COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND REWARDS
Univaens accepts voluntary financial support starting at $1 to help develop its entertainment platform and original projects, including Cyber Bite Vampires.
Supporter Pack reward tiers begin at $10. Eligible contributions made using the same checkout email are combined toward cumulative reward thresholds, as described in our Reward Terms.
Contributions may be used for engineering, creative production, infrastructure, personnel, operations, and other expenses associated with developing Univaens and its projects.
Community support is not a charitable donation or an investment. It does not provide company shares, ownership, voting rights, profit participation, or guaranteed financial returns.
Supporters should review the applicable rewards, eligibility requirements, delivery information, and terms before contributing.
2. CHANGE-OF-MIND REFUNDS
Because community contributions support an ongoing development and crowdfunding initiative, funds may be committed to project-related expenses after payment.
Univaens does not generally offer voluntary refunds solely because a supporter changes their mind.
This policy does not exclude or restrict any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.
3. CUMULATIVE CONTRIBUTIONS AND REWARD ELIGIBILITY
Eligible contributions are accumulated using the checkout email associated with each payment.
As cumulative qualifying contributions reach the published thresholds, the supporter becomes eligible for the corresponding rewards, subject to the Reward Terms and any clearly disclosed limitations.
Each tier's unique rewards are granted only once. Additional contributions count toward higher tiers but do not duplicate previously unlocked rewards.
If a payment is refunded, reversed, or determined to be ineligible, the qualifying contribution total and associated reward entitlements may be recalculated.
4. REWARD DELIVERY
Some benefits, including eligible Discord roles and posting access to themed community channels, may become available following payment and account verification.
Other rewards, including UniShards, Genesis UniCards, achievements, profile cosmetics, and certain Cyber Bite Vampires creative experiences, depend on the launch of the corresponding platform features or completion of agreed creative work.
The current development status, material reward conditions, and available delivery information will be disclosed through the relevant supporter pages and purchase terms.
Univaens remains responsible for fulfilling accepted reward commitments in accordance with their applicable terms and legal requirements.
5. DEVELOPMENT CHANGES AND DELAYS
Univaens is actively developing its platform and original entertainment projects. Technical, financial, and creative circumstances may affect estimated timelines.
We intend to provide relevant development updates and communicate material changes affecting reward fulfillment.
A change to an estimated development schedule does not, by itself, create an additional voluntary refund entitlement. However, any applicable contractual or statutory rights relating to delays, cancellation, non-delivery, or nonconforming rewards remain fully protected.
Where required, we will seek the supporter's agreement to revised fulfillment arrangements or provide the applicable cancellation or refund options.
6. UNAVAILABLE OR UNDELIVERED REWARDS
If an accepted reward cannot be delivered as agreed, Univaens will review the circumstances and communicate with affected supporters.
Depending on the purchase terms and applicable law, possible resolutions may include:
- A revised fulfillment arrangement accepted by the supporter.
- An agreed alternative reward.
- A full or partial refund.
- Another remedy required by applicable law.
An alternative reward will not be imposed in place of a refund or other remedy where the supporter is legally entitled to that remedy.
Nothing in this policy removes obligations associated with accepted purchases.
7. DUPLICATE, INCORRECT, OR UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS
Supporters who believe a payment was duplicated, processed incorrectly, or made without authorization should contact Univaens promptly.
We will review the available transaction records and coordinate with the payment provider when appropriate.
Confirmed payment errors and unauthorized transactions will be addressed according to applicable law, payment network rules, and provider procedures.
Supporters may also exercise any rights available directly through their payment provider or financial institution.
8. REFUNDS AND CUMULATIVE REWARDS
A full or partial refund, payment reversal, or successful chargeback may reduce the supporter's cumulative qualifying contribution total.
If the adjusted total falls below a reward threshold, the corresponding entitlements may be canceled, reduced, or revoked where permitted by the applicable terms and law.
Adjustments may affect:
- UniShards and other digital resources.
- Genesis UniCards and achievements.
- Profile cosmetics and community recognition.
- Discord roles and posting access to themed channels.
- Referral rewards.
- Creative collaboration entitlements.
Rewards that remain independently earned through other valid contributions are not automatically forfeited.
Where rewards have already been delivered or creative work has begun, any adjustment will be assessed according to the agreed terms, the circumstances of the refund, and applicable legal requirements.
9. LIMITED CREATIVE REWARDS
Certain higher supporter tiers offer limited opportunities to collaborate on official Cyber Bite Vampires content.
These include the $15,000 creative rewards (limited to 5 supporters) and the $20,000 creative rewards (limited to 3 supporters), each with its own independent availability. The personalized Genesis UniCard included in each creative reward is an additional reward.
Creative spots are assigned in the order that verified payments reach each threshold, and the remaining spots are shown on the Supporter Packs page.
A claimed creative spot is not automatically reopened or reassigned following a refund. Any adjustment of creative rewards related to a refund will be assessed under this Policy, the Reward Terms, and applicable law.
If a creative reward is unavailable when a supporter reaches a threshold, only that reward is affected, and the supporter keeps the regular rewards for the tiers they reach.
Creative rewards may require separate written agreements addressing intellectual property rights, collaboration procedures, approval, and fulfillment.
Approved creative contributions will be incorporated into the official Cyber Bite Vampires Universe according to the applicable Reward Terms.
If an agreed limited reward becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we will address the matter under the applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer protection requirements.
10. REQUESTING A REFUND OR ASSISTANCE
To request assistance regarding a payment, reward, cancellation, or refund, contact:
Please include the email used at checkout, an approximate transaction date, a transaction reference if available, and a brief description of the issue.
Do not send complete payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive authentication information.
We may request reasonable verification to protect supporters against unauthorized account or payment changes.
We will review the request and explain the outcome or any further information needed. Approved or legally required refunds will be processed through Stripe to the original payment method, in accordance with applicable deadlines and payment provider procedures. The time required for funds to appear may depend on the payment method and financial institution.
11. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, waives, or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where applicable laws provide additional withdrawal, cancellation, refund, non-delivery, or other remedies, those requirements take precedence over conflicting policy provisions.
12. OTHER UNIVAENS PRODUCTS AND INVESTMENTS
This policy applies to contributions and reward entitlements offered through the Univaens community crowdfunding program.
Free Community Unlock rewards and community giveaways are not purchases, so there is nothing to refund.
Content Creator Rewards are earned through approved content and are not purchases, so there is nothing to refund. Their delivery is governed by the Reward Terms.
Future platform purchases, including films, series, games, Universe bundles, subscriptions, UniPass seasons, and other digital products, may be governed by separate purchase and refund terms presented when those services become available.
Investment transactions are entirely separate from community contributions and are governed by their applicable investment documents and legal requirements.
13. POLICY UPDATES
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our supporter program, operations, or legal obligations.
Updates will not retroactively remove rights associated with previously completed transactions.
The effective date above identifies the version of this policy.
