PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: October 21, 2026
Univaens, Inc. ("Univaens," "we," "us," or "our") values the privacy and trust of everyone who interacts with our company.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information through Univaens.com and our related services, including community contributions, supporter rewards, referrals, newsletter subscriptions, community activities, creative collaborations, and investor inquiries.
We aim to handle personal information responsibly and transparently while developing the Univaens entertainment platform and our original projects, including Cyber Bite Vampires.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The information we collect depends on how you interact with Univaens.
Contact Information
We may collect names, email addresses, and information voluntarily provided through contact forms, email communications, or other inquiry channels.
Community Contributions and Supporter Information
When you financially support Univaens, we may process information including:
- Your name, where available, and checkout email address.
- Contribution amounts, dates, and transaction references.
- Payment confirmation and refund or reversal information.
- Cumulative qualifying contribution totals.
- Supporter reward tiers, eligibility, and fulfillment records.
- Discord usernames submitted for reward verification.
Our current supporter program begins at $1, with cumulative Supporter Pack rewards starting at $10 and extending through the published reward thresholds.
Contributions made using the same checkout email are combined to determine reward eligibility.
A Univaens platform account is not currently required to contribute.
Names and other payment-related details received from Stripe are treated as transaction information. Providing a name, nickname, or other identifying information during checkout does not automatically authorize its publication.
Referral Information
Our referral program uses a submission and verification process rather than personal referral links.
We may collect the referring supporter's checkout email, the invited supporter's checkout email, relevant transaction dates, and other information submitted through the official Referral Rewards form.
This information is used to verify eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, and administer referral rewards.
Content Creator Applications
When you apply for the Content Creator Rewards program, you may provide your creator name, email address, the platforms where you create content, links to qualifying videos or streams, publication or broadcast dates, performance results, and analytics evidence or links.
We use this information to verify eligibility, review applications manually, detect duplicate or fraudulent submissions, maintain records of approved and rejected applications, contact you about verification, and coordinate eligible creator rewards.
Newsletter Subscriptions
When you subscribe to Univaens updates, we collect the email address you provide.
We may also maintain information necessary to manage subscription preferences, prevent duplicate entries, and process unsubscribe requests.
Newsletter subscriptions are separate from financial contributions, referral submissions, and investor inquiries.
Investor Inquiries
When submitting an investor inquiry through Univaens.com, you may provide:
- Full name and email address.
- Investor category.
- Company or investment firm, where applicable.
- Country of residence.
- Self-reported accredited investor status.
- Indicative investment amount.
- Additional messages or information.
- Acknowledgment of the preliminary and non-binding nature of the inquiry.
Additional information may be requested if you choose to proceed through a formal investment process.
Community Information
We may process Discord usernames, information necessary to verify community membership, reward eligibility, and other content voluntarily shared through our community channels.
Information publicly shared through Discord or other third-party community platforms may also be visible to other participants according to those platforms' settings.
Creative Collaboration Information
Certain limited supporter rewards involve collaboration on official Cyber Bite Vampires outfits or characters.
To coordinate these rewards, we may collect creative concepts, character descriptions, design preferences, sketches, reference materials, and other information voluntarily provided by participants.
Any personal photographs or likenesses voluntarily submitted for a specific agreed creative purpose will be handled according to that purpose and the applicable permissions.
Technical and Usage Information
Our website and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, website usage data, error reports, and other information necessary for security, performance, and operation.
The information available to us depends on the services and technologies enabled.
2. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use personal information for legitimate business and operational purposes, including:
- Processing and verifying community contributions.
- Calculating cumulative supporter eligibility.
- Recording and coordinating reward entitlements.
- Assigning eligible Discord roles and community benefits.
- Reviewing and verifying referral submissions.
- Communicating about payments, refunds, and reward fulfillment.
- Responding to general inquiries and support requests.
- Managing requested newsletter subscriptions.
- Reviewing prospective investor inquiries.
- Coordinating approved creative collaborations.
- Maintaining financial and operational records.
- Protecting our website and services against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity.
- Improving website functionality, reliability, and user experience.
- Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Where applicable, we process personal information based on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or another lawful basis recognized in the relevant jurisdiction.
We do not automatically subscribe supporters, referred customers, or investor contacts to unrelated marketing communications.
3. PAYMENTS AND STRIPE
Community contributions are currently processed through Stripe.
Stripe collects and processes payment information under its own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Univaens may receive transaction details necessary to verify contributions, calculate reward eligibility, manage refunds, maintain records, and provide customer assistance.
These details may include checkout email addresses, names or billing information made available by Stripe, transaction identifiers, contribution amounts, payment status, and relevant payment metadata.
Certain identifying information may be provided by Stripe or associated payment methods even when a customer has not manually entered that information into an optional checkout field.
Univaens does not use names received through payment processing to operate a public supporter leaderboard.
We do not request complete payment card numbers through our general website forms.
Univaens does not receive or store complete payment card numbers. Card details are entered and processed within Stripe's checkout.
Payment-related personal information may be processed by Stripe and its authorized service providers as necessary to complete transactions.
For more information, please review Stripe's Privacy Policy.
4. CUMULATIVE CONTRIBUTIONS AND REWARD RECORDS
Univaens maintains records of eligible contributions to determine cumulative supporter totals and unlocked reward tiers.
Contributions are currently associated primarily through the checkout email submitted during payment.
Supporters should use the same checkout email for subsequent contributions to maintain accurate cumulative eligibility.
If different email addresses are used, we may request reasonable verification before reviewing a consolidation request.
Our operational records may include contribution history, qualifying amounts, reward thresholds, Discord information, and fulfillment status.
Refunds, reversals, and other adjustments may reduce a supporter's cumulative qualifying contribution total and affect associated reward eligibility.
Each qualifying reward tier is generally unlocked once per eligible supporter, subject to applicable reward conditions and availability limitations.
These records may be retained while outstanding rewards, accounting requirements, disputes, or other legitimate obligations remain.
5. GOOGLE SHEETS, GOOGLE APPS SCRIPT, AND ZAPIER
Univaens currently uses Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and Zapier to support website, community crowdfunding, and administrative operations.
These services may process information needed to:
- Record and verify confirmed Stripe transactions.
- Maintain payment, refund, and cumulative contribution records.
- Calculate supporter reward eligibility.
- Support automated Discord role assignments and related reconciliation.
- Calculate and display aggregate community funding progress.
- Receive and maintain newsletter subscription records.
- Receive and maintain investor inquiry submissions.
- Receive and maintain referral and content creator application submissions.
- Maintain a private record of limited creative reward spot assignments.
- Support authorized administrative and operational workflows.
Our publicly available community funding progress display is designed to present aggregate contribution totals without exposing individual supporters' names, checkout email addresses, payment identifiers, or transaction histories.
Univaens does not currently operate a public leaderboard displaying individual supporters and their contribution amounts.
Information in our internal Google Sheets records is intended to be accessible only to authorized personnel and service integrations that require it for legitimate business purposes.
Google and Zapier may process information according to their respective terms, service agreements, and privacy practices.
6. DISCORD AND COMMUNITY REWARDS
Eligible supporters may receive Discord roles and posting access to designated community channels, which remain visible to other members of the Discord server.
To facilitate these benefits, we may use the Discord username supplied during checkout, payment verification information, and relevant supporter eligibility records.
Our integrations may locate the corresponding Discord account and assign qualifying roles after successful verification.
We may also process relevant payment refund and reversal information to review or adjust role eligibility.
Providing an incorrect username, leaving the server, or changing relevant account information may affect automated role assignment.
Discord independently processes information associated with its platform and users.
Please review Discord's Privacy Policy for details about its practices.
Univaens does not publicly display supporters' checkout email addresses as part of Discord reward assignments.
If you take part in a community giveaway on our Discord server, winners are selected randomly by a bot from the participating server members, and we may use Discord usernames to announce winners and contact them about their prize.
Discord participation, including messages and information voluntarily shared with other members, is subject to Discord's privacy practices and the visibility settings of the relevant community spaces.
7. REFERRAL REWARDS
Our referral program allows eligible supporters to receive rewards for introducing new qualifying supporters.
Referral claims are submitted through the official Referral Rewards form or another designated submission process.
The submission process may request checkout email addresses for both participants, purchase-related information, and confirmations necessary to verify eligibility.
We use this information to:
- Match submitted claims with qualifying contributions.
- Confirm that the required contribution thresholds have been reached.
- Prevent self-referrals, duplicate claims, and fraudulent submissions.
- Maintain records of approved and rejected referrals.
- Coordinate eligible referral rewards.
Referral submissions are subject to verification and are not automatically approved.
Referral information is not automatically added to our newsletter.
Content creator application information is not automatically added to our newsletter.
Investment referrals are not part of the supporter referral program.
8. NEWSLETTER AND COMMUNICATIONS
Visitors may voluntarily subscribe to receive development updates, company announcements, and information about Univaens and Cyber Bite Vampires.
Subscription information may be collected through our website and stored using Google Sheets or other authorized service providers.
Providing an email address through our newsletter form does not constitute a financial contribution, investment inquiry, or registration for a future Univaens platform account.
Newsletter subscriptions require a separate voluntary action and are not automatically created through supporter payments, referral submissions, or investor inquiries.
You may withdraw your consent to optional marketing communications by using any unsubscribe mechanism provided in our emails or by contacting us at contact@univaens.com.
We will honor valid unsubscribe requests as required by applicable law.
We may continue sending necessary transactional or administrative communications related to existing contributions, reward obligations, or other legitimate matters where permitted by law.
9. INVESTOR INQUIRIES
Univaens provides a dedicated investor inquiry form through Univaens.com for prospective investors interested in learning about potential investment opportunities.
Information submitted through this form may be transmitted using Google Apps Script and stored in access-restricted Google Sheets records for review and follow-up.
This information may include the prospective investor's name, contact details, country of residence, investor category, company information, self-reported accreditation status, indicative investment amount, and additional messages.
We use this information to evaluate preliminary inquiries, communicate with prospective investors, and coordinate any subsequent investment procedures.
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute an investment, reserve securities, or automatically establish a contractual investment relationship.
If an investment proceeds, eligibility and accreditation verification may be conducted through an authorized independent provider.
Sensitive financial documents required for accreditation should be submitted through the designated verification process rather than through our general contact, investor inquiry, or community forms.
Investor inquiry data is maintained separately from supporter reward and newsletter subscription records and is not automatically used for marketing subscriptions.
Access to these records is intended to be limited to authorized individuals with a legitimate business need.
10. COMMUNITY UNLOCKS
Univaens plans to offer free promotional Community Unlock rewards tied to qualifying community funding milestones.
Community Unlock rewards are separate from paid Supporter Pack benefits and referral rewards.
No purchase or financial contribution is required to qualify for Community Unlock rewards.
The program currently describes ten funding milestones, up to the $3.5 million funding goal.
During the first month following the official launch of the Univaens platform, eligible users who register and complete any required account verification may receive rewards associated with funding milestones that have been reached.
Each qualifying reward may be granted once per eligible account, subject to applicable verification and anti-abuse requirements.
A funding milestone being reached does not mean that the related development or production work has been completed.
To administer these promotional rewards, Univaens may process account registration information, eligibility records, milestone reward entitlements, and other information reasonably necessary for verification and fulfillment.
If material new categories of personal information become necessary to operate these features, we will provide applicable privacy information before introducing that processing.
11. CREATIVE COLLABORATIONS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Certain limited supporter tiers provide opportunities to collaborate on official Cyber Bite Vampires outfits or characters.
We may process creative submissions and relevant correspondence to develop, review, approve, and fulfill the agreed collaboration.
Submitted materials may be shared with authorized artists, production collaborators, and other service providers involved in completing the relevant work.
Creative submissions remain subject to the applicable Reward Terms and any separate written intellectual property agreements.
Personal information, including names, photographs, or likenesses, will not be used publicly beyond the agreed purposes without an appropriate legal basis or permission.
Approved fictional characters and outfit designs may become part of the official Cyber Bite Vampires Universe under the applicable creative collaboration arrangements.

These measures may include restricting access to authorized personnel, maintaining appropriate account security, reviewing relevant service permissions, and using established payment and infrastructure providers.
Access to supporter records, newsletter subscriptions, investor inquiries, and related administrative information is intended to be limited according to operational responsibilities.
